Melissa Says: While I appreciate that this shampoo takes measure to provide a level of protection for my color, what I didn't appreciate quite as much was how tangly my hair each time I tried rinsing it out. I also thought my hair was a bit more tangled when I tried to comb it out prior to blowdrying (even after enlisting the help of conditioner), than normally. Other than this, I didn't notice any negatives regarding the product itself. The bottle, however, is another story. It was really difficult to get the shampoo out because of how stiff and not easy to squeeze the bottle is. I took the lid off in attempt to make this easier, but I still am wondering how I would get the product out (which is quite thick), as it gets lower and lower toward the bottom of the bottle.
